Open Text Launches Transactional Content

April 24, 2008: Enterprise Content Management provider, Open Text has announced a new Transactional Content Processing (TCP) solution that optimises workflow in high-volume business processes.

Open Text TCP is aimed at managing transactional content like paper documents, email or electronic forms. One of the main selling points of the new solution is the ability to handle high-volume processes, such as invoicing and the processing of orders and claims.

“Business processes that get initiated by incoming content and externally via e-mail or online forms are becoming increasingly important in industries with large numbers of customers, partners or suppliers,” said Michael Cybala, Director of Program and Product Management, TCP Solutions at Open Text.

According to Cybala, Open Text are making it significantly easier than ever before for enterprises to streamline and optimise even their most massive and complex transaction processes.

Open Text TCP is available now and is integrated with Open Text Content Services.
