NCR shows CRM in Melbourne

NCR has opened its first dedicated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution Centre in Victoria, at the company's Victorian headquarters in North Melbourne. The Solution Centre demonstrates how organisations can integrate all aspects of customer contact within a CRM solution across all communication channels, from call centres and customer service desks, to ATMs and the Internet.
