GuardianEdge Tightens Endpoint Security

November 5, 2008: GuardianEdge is giving endpoint security a boost with the introduction of its next generation of data protection solutions for enterprises.

The company has augmented its data protection platform with new releases of its Hard Disk Encryption and Removable Storage Encryption products and providing a single console management for Microsoft Active Directory, Novell eDirectory and all other non-domain machines.

GuardianEdge was the first to natively integrate with Active Directory, however, with the number of remote and contract workers on the rise, the company has added support for Novell eDirectory and non-domain machines.

Aside from these new features, GuardianEdge has also included enhanced reporting and auditing capabilities, broader authentication support and significant improvements to usability.
