Ricoh Releases Document Management Software

February 11, 2009: Ricoh has announced the release of its Archive Studio document management software, a business-ready document management solution that enables knowledge workers, regardless of location or system, to securely capture, manage and share electronic content in document repositories.

A product of DocuLex, Ricoh claims that Archive Studio boosts process improvement capabilities, offers increased efficiency and productivity and reduces costs associated with distributing documents, maintaining paper and unstructured electronic files.

It seamlessly integrates with most Ricoh multifunctional products and serves as the gateway for document input and output so organisations can tightly control the lifecycle of all valuable information.
