Ektron CMS arrives in Sydney

September 4, 2009:Web content management software company Ektron is expanding its operations in the Asia-Pacific and relocating to Sydney, Australia.

“We are really widening our market reach in the Southern Hemisphere and 2009 has been a great year for Ektron sales,” stated Chris Crombie, director of sales operations at Ektron.

“Ektron experienced a record month in August for the Asia-Pacific region, coming in with 51% year-over-year growth. As our customer base increases and the number of professional services engagements grow, it was imperative that we put the infrastructure in place to support the demand.”

Ektron sale operations, professional services and support for the Asia-Pacific region will all be run out of the new office in Sydney. The company opened its first office in Australia back in 2007.
