Intelledox has competed deployment of its Intelligent Document engine at Australia's Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) to increase the speed and efficiency of document template development.

It is tightly integrated with the existing Siebel deployment at CASA, the Federal Government regulator of civil aviation in Australia.

“As the regulator for the civil aviation industry, we at CASA are committed to process improvement to ensure the safety of Australian skies”, said Simon Denby, chief information officer at CASA. “The enterprise-class Intelledox solution fully leverages our existing infrastructure, and allows our divisions to own and manage document template design and delivery, keeping down costs, and increasing the speed of implementation”, he said.

Unlike the previous model of forms development involving complex code-based templates, Intelledox has eliminated the dependency on high-cost outsourced specialist forms development skills inherent in the previous solution. It has also reduced costs for document generation and web forms design and management by up to 80%.

In addition to interoperability with Siebel, Intelledox has been integrated with TRIM (RDMS), and workflow engine Changepoint in the generation of the correspondence sent to people in the aviation industry as part of the new Alcohol and Other Drugs testing program.
