Unique World strikes Gold

Unique World is one of the first Australian partners to be awarded a Gold competency in Portals and Collaboration in the new Microsoft Partner Network.

To achieve accreditation, Unique World had to demonstrate industry experience, customer satisfaction specific to Portals and Collaboration, and certified staff.

Unique World’s expertise in this area has been recognised in the past, including being awarded Information Worker Solutions, Portal and Collaboration Partner of the Year in 2009.

The requirements to achieve new Partner Network accreditations are much more stringent than for the previous Microsoft Gold Partner status. Organisations need to demonstrate the highest, most consistent capability and commitment within a specific business solution area, and only the most qualified partners receive these certifications.

“Unique World has focused on this competency because it is a key business focus for us. Our customers can be confident they are partnering with a company that is committed to achieving and maintaining excellent capabilities in this area. It’s our core business”, said Stuart Spencer, Sales and Marketing Director at Unique World.

“Unique World supports this new approach by Microsoft, as it provides customers with a much better measure of partner capabilities. The new accreditation system enables clients to identify proven partners who can provide the specific capabilities they need.

“Achieving this specific competency demonstrates Unique World’s continued proficiency in delivering high-value solutions that address our customers’ business priorities,” said Stuart Spencer.
