Perth based legal firm Sceales & Company has selected ELO Digital Office to provide a document management system (DMS)  through local partner Well Connected.

Executive PA Alesha Staples said, “Sceales has accumulated many hard copy documents due to our legal archiving obligations, so a DMS that could electronically archive these documents made perfect sense.”

“As a legal firm we have many confidential client documents such as legal transactional documents, invoices and financial spreadsheets which need to remain secure.

integrated with our existing legal software. We were also particularly impressed with the
keyword and full text search functionality, for its ability to locate archived documents.

“The initial roll out of the new DMS has been very successful, especially with our
younger staff. We hope to see a complete transition and a successful switch to a ‘less paper’ office by December 2012” Alesha said.
