nQueue Billback has  announced the launch of iA Virtual Cabinet, its new subscription-based document management system in the cloud.

“The average professional spends six weeks each year waiting or searching for documents, and one in 20 documents that enter a firm are lost, said Daryl Moore, COO of nQueue Billback. 

“iA Virtual Cabinet eliminates these problems while increasing collaboration, efficiency and reducing paper storage costs.” 

It also provides a portal for secure communication, allowing documents to be retracted easily.

The centralised filing system can handle a wide range of document types as well as optional automatic e-mail capture.
