Metalogix has acquired Idera’s SharePoint business, including the backup and monitoring products  SharePoint Backup and SharePoint Diagnostic Manager. 

Metalogix will integrate SharePoint Backup with Metalogix StoragePoint, its storage optimisation technology, including its granular document recovery capabilities and backup file compression that saves storage space.

Additionally, SharePoint Enterprise Manager and Audit products will be upgraded and integrated into the recently-launched Metalogix ControlPoint for SharePoint Governance and Administration technology.
