Fuji Xerox  has announced enhancements to its cloud-based machine translation service for the Asia-Pacific region.

In addition to translation between Japanese and English, Chinese (simplified and traditional) and Korean, the enhanced service now offers direct translation from English to Chinese (simplified and traditional) and Korean. 

Also, the user interface and operation manual are now available in English, Chinese (simplified and traditional) and Korean, enabling users whose mother tongue is not Japanese to easily use the service.

By linking the Scan Translation Service to the Fuji Xerox cloud service that supports document sharing, documents in DocuWorks and PDF formats can be translated using Scan Translation Service directly from the cloud. 

A tool to access Scan Translation Service is available in ApeosPort-V C and DocuCentre-V C series  multifunction devices.
