Top Image Systems (TIS) has been awarded a US Patent for its technique used for capture and recognition of documents of any size using the standard camera on a smart mobile device.

TIS’ says it uses unique technology for image capture and processing that enables automatic extraction of the information with high levels of accuracy.

TIS will apply this new approach to enhance its applications to effectively capture, index and analyze full page forms – such as insurance claims or healthcare forms.
