TIMG has announced a significant expansion in its delivery of legal service through the acquisition of Lexdata. Lexdata joins forces with LitSupport under the TIMG umbrella to deliver clients in the legal industry broader access to support services and expertise in information management.

LitSupport will take over Lexdata's litigation support services, while TIMG will handle Lexdata's digitisation and scanning services, integrating them into its own comparable offerings. These added service dimensions will provide LitSupport and TIMG clients with augmented specialist skill sets and in-depth processes to manage evidentiary material. The combined companies will deliver a wide range of litigation support and document management services to legal firms.
