Sharp Corporation of Australia has announced the introduction of two enhanced models in its colour document systems Pro Series. The enhanced series boasts copy and print speeds of up to 80 ppm; complemented by a 150 sheet dual head scanner which scans up to 200ipm (2X improvement in scan speeds).

The new range includes the MX-7090N and MX-8090N, which will replace the MX-6500N and MX-7500N models in the Sharp lineup.

• Edge-to-Edge Printing: Claimed to be an industry first for toner-based colour products, this feature produces professional full-bleed booklets of up to 120 pages, including square fold.
• Triple Air-Feed Paper Handling: This new technology maximises uptime and increases maximum paper capacity. Employs precise media handling for a wide range of specialty stocks, ensuring high quality of insourced jobs.
