Information Proficiency a finalist in Telstra Business Awards 2018
Australian information management consulting form Information Proficiency has been announced as a finalist in the Telstra Business Awards 2018.
Founded by Directors Lisa Read White and Alex White in in 2009, Information Proficiency provides Information Management professional services helping companies work smarter and manage data better, technology, hardware and software, including a range of add-ons to provide a complete solution for Micro Focus Content Manager (HPE RM / TRIM).
“With the increased public interest in data privacy and fear around breaches from digitisation and automation, it’s more important than ever to know what data you have, collect and need to run your business,” said Lisa Read White.
“It’s also important to secure and store that data in a usable form so you can carry on your business. Information Proficiency helps companies capture, store, secure and make sense of that data.”
“Receiving acknowledgement is such an honour on any day, but receiving such prestigious acknowledgement after being judged against so many other companies is something else again. As a company we work really hard at customer service and being the best at what we do. This award judges our level of maturity in every aspect of running a company, not just how good we are at delivering a service.
“To be a finalist means we have been judged to be a well-rounded and mature company doing all the right things in every aspect. That's what makes this award hard to achieve. That is a benchmark not many can achieve. For us that makes the acknowledgement more rewarding.”
