Wolters Kluwer releases KM tool for loan management

January 5, 2006: Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, parent company of CCH Workflow solutions, today announced its PCi-related web based dashboard to aide lenders identify compliance issues throughout the loan cycle.

Addressing the problems financial institutions have in manually monitoring loan and repayment activity, the dashboard is designed to give financial institutions the ability to review key lending compliance indicators via a web browser, presented through graphical metaphors, charts and tables. The dashboard also delivers to its users visual alerts highlighting the loan performance status.

Wolters Kluwer says the dashboard eradicates the manual effort required to collate loan-related information for analysis, and thereby reduce the scope for human error and systemic problems rooted in repeatable statistical errors.

The product is said to empower lenders through its ability to target several levels of loan management including reporting which helps support goal management and program visibility; provides early warning of adverse performance trends; and visual analysis capabilities for drilling down, discovering and isolating data quality related issues.

Raffi Festekjian, chief executive officer of PCi says, "Our lending compliance dashboard solution provides clear visibility into the lending process, empowering a bank's lending staff and management to closely monitor their lending compliance process and make adjustments early. The proven managed hosting services component of the solution ensures a high level of data integrity, eliminating the time and manual effort often required to generate insightful reports on demand."
