A ReadSoft Global Hwy For Volkswagen

December 20, 2006: Volkswagen has taken ReadSoft on the road as their preferred supplier of solutions for electronic invoice processing across the globe.

After a solid evaluation process, the ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for Invoices was selected to provide Volkswagen with a solution to reduce manual document handling, invoice processing and approval workflow. The electronic solution is integrated into SAP with approval workflow handled by the recently acquired ReadSoft Ebydos.

It’s a solution ReadSoft says will enable Volkswagen to provide better services across the world, and also increase efficiency at the multiple financial departments within the Volkswagen Group.

Already ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for Invoices boasts over 2000 clients across the globe. Certified by both SAP and Oracle, ReadSoft says the solution provides simple linkages for international enterprise systems and the ability cut down on processing tasks and free up employees for other tasks.

With an international presence and multiple office locations, ReadSoft says Volkswagen will be a strategically important customer across the globe.
