May 23, 2006: Software firm Mendocino has integrated technology with software to improve data recovery on Microsoft exchange.
RecoveryONE ‘Infinite Snapshot Engine’ technology marketed by Mendocino has agreed to partner with Ontrack PowerControls Software, one of the industry’s leading Microsoft Exchange recovery solutions. This integration will provide optimal data recovery capabilities that will enhance recovery time and management.
This integration claims to bring Microsoft Exchange data recovery for mission-critical applications to a higher level. The resulting product promises to give customers two key advantages over existing solutions – the ability to capture data without impacting Exchange environments and the ability to recover Exchange to any desired previous point very rapidly.

This incorporated product will be available through Mendocino in the third quarter of this year.
