EZContent?Manager 3.4.0

May/June Edition, 2008: ACOM Solutions has released Version 3.4.0 of its EZContentManager web-based document management solution featuring a number of enhancements intended to streamline the user experience and provide faster, more convenient?task execution.

It now provides the ability to consolidate corporate files of all types in a single SQL data repository and to access, use and manage any file with?only a browser.

An auto linking feature automatically applies virtual links to batch documents being imported via certain criteria such as metadata. The automated retention policy includes a “move” function that eliminates the need to copy and paste.
