The inaugural Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Summit, held from February 2-4 at the Sydney Hilton Hotel, will explore the strategy of the customer-focussed organisation.

This will include looking at the roles of database mining and management, emerging technologies like the Internet, measuring customer profitability and developing response strategies based on these factors.

The two day conference will feature 15 Australian and international case studies, all with the theme of investing energy into finding and developing an appropriate CRM strategy for the organisation.

On day two the conference will divide into two streams, one on CRM strategy and the other on CRM's enabling technologies.
