Mitsui's trio of new Cornerstone monitors

Mitsui Computer, distributor for Cornerstone Imaging, has announced three new colour monitors both 20 and 21 inch sizes.

The monitors, Cornerstone's Color 50/115, Color 21/81fp and Color 20/77 deliver 1600 x 1200 resolution, refresh rates from 77 to 92Hz and dot pitches ranging from .27mm to .28mm.

"The most important and expensive element of a computing system is the user," said Cornerstone's vice-president and general manager of display products, Kennith Westrick.

The Color 20/77 is Cornerstone's 20 inch offering with a resolution of 1600 x 1200 at a 77Hz refresh rate.

"As the user's desktop becomes more sophisticated, with multiple windows integrating access to the Internet, scanned documents, photographs, video conferencing and more," said Mr Westrick, "there is increased demand for monitors and graphics controller that enable efficient viewing and processing of this information."

The Color 50/115 is Cornerstone's new top of the line 21 inch monitor features 1600 x 1200 resolution at a 92Hz refresh rate. Second in line is the Color 21/81fp features 1600 x 1200 resolution at an 81Hz refresh rate.

The Color 20/77 is Cornerstone's 20 inch offering with a resolution of 1600 x 1200 at a 77Hz refresh rate.

All displays come with on-screen digital controls for easy adjustment of image size, centring, tilt, geometry and more.
