Theme for 1997

For this year, AIIM has adopted the theme: "AIIM '97 : The Key to Document Enabled Business Solutions".

The "aiim" of the theme is to focus attention on business solutions, rather than on the specific technologies.

This focus shall enable AIIM to not only concentrate on value for money member education and development, but also attract the wider business community by featuring solutions to commonly faced business problems.

The theme title was inspired from an address given by Graham Pratt (Opticon) at the AIIM National Document Management Summit held in Canberra, October, 1996.
