DotImage 9.0 finds form

Atalasoft has launched DotImage 9.0, the latest release of the imaging and PDF toolkit for .NET applications.

DotImage 9.0's new features include:

.NET Forms Processing – a new DotImage module gives developers the ability to write applications that recognize and align forms to match a known template and perform OMR (optical mark recognition) on them. Atalasoft has runtime royalty-free options available for some desktop deployments of Forms Processing.

New .NET PDF Features – Encryption/decryption, page manipulation, and bookmarks are now supported.

Silverlight – Silverlight 4.0 is now supported, including printing. This is in addition to the already available Silverlight annotations, the first imaging annotation SDK for Silverlight.

Visual Studio 2010 – Integrated with toolbox and includes .NET 4.0 assemblies.

"DotImage has long answered the imaging needs of many .NET developers," Atalasoft President and CEO William Bither said.

"We're in continuous discussions with developers who need advanced imaging and PDF features in their applications. DotImage 9.0 includes many new features and upgrades to help them easily add imaging to the applications they're designing and building."
