Outback Imaging has enhanced its batch scanning solution, EzeScan Version 4.2, with the release of an optional ISIS scanner driver module.

EzeScan PRO already ships with built in TWAIN driver support and this new module provides the flexibility of both TWAIN and ISIS scanner support.

Mike Kirkby, Outback Imaging Managing Director, said “to accommodate our customer’s ongoing needs, and to ensure that we have a market-leading batch scanning application, we decided to implement support for ISIS scanner drivers.

"This now places us in the enviable position of being able to support the two major scanner driver interfaces (TWAIN and ISIS) in a single scanning application.

"Along with comprehensive support for digital MFDs (photocopiers) we now have one of the best solutions for capturing images from the widest variety of image capture devices.”

This new module is now available to all EzeScan 4.2 users, upon request, at a minimal cost.
