ARX has announced that its new release of CoSign Connector for SharePoint allows SharePoint Designer to be used to quickly and easily add digital signatures to business processes.

Using SharePoint Designer, workflows can now request signatures from SharePoint users, verify signatures and auto-sign documents under workflow control. 

The connector’s user experience has also been revamped to provide a more productive process. Based on the user’s SharePoint workflow, documents can be signed using pre-determined or dynamically located signature fields. Architects, engineers and other licensed professionals can include a seal with their signature..

The CoSign Connector for SharePoint is an on-premises app for SharePoint 2010 and 2013. It requires the purchase of CoSign Central or CoSign Cloud.

ARX and Nintex have also announced a new version of the CoSign Connector for Nintex.
