Pitney Bowes announces ‘Arrival’

Pitney Bowes Australia is partnering with Enterprise Mobility specialist, AirData, to market its advanced tracking management solution, Arrival, in Australia.

A national enterprise mobility systems integrator, incorporating mobile computing devices, applications and wireless infrastructure, AirData is now a Pitney Bowes’ channel partner for the Pitney Bowes Arrival solution.

Arrival is a tracking and delivery management system suitable for a single-person through to a large organisation moving thousands of items a day. The solution gives businesses the tools to monitor the location and status of any item moving throughout the organisation in real time- who had it previously, who has it now, when they got it and where it is located.

It is being utilised by various businesses and verticals around the globe, including Health, Education, Law Enforcement, Insurance & Hotels.

Tony Simonsen, Managing Director of Pitney Bowes, said “We were introduced to AirData through our relationship with Ingram Micro, and after meeting their team, it was apparent they were the right people to market our Arrival solution in Australia. With over 20 years experience, and their extensive knowledge of mobility solutions, they will be able to offer high quality service and advice for Arrival to customers.”

“The Arrival solution is an incredibly versatile tracking and delivery management system that will help Australian organisations better understand where their assets and materials are at any given time during the transfer process. This will in turn enable businesses to streamline their processes, reduce costs and increase efficiencies.” Simonsen further commented.

Steve Evans, CEO of AirData, added “The partnership with Pitney Bowes is a perfect fit for AirData, and their advanced technology solution, Arrival, compliments our existing portfolio of mobility solutions. Arrival will allow us to grow our offerings, expand our customer base and increase revenue.”
