Cabinet NG Integrates with Peachtree

May 8, 2007: Cabinet NG has announced a new automated document management system which it says turns accounting workflows into efficient document management environments.

The company is showing off its CNG-SAFE for Peachtree, a first-of-its-kind solution aimed at SMBs with workflows tied to Peachtree.

Cabinet NG says that the solution enables users to file and retrieve scanned images and documents via customer and vendor transactions by clicking an icon in the Peachtree GUI.

Microsoft Office documents, PDF’s and scanned/faxed images are all available within Peachtree, and documents such as vendor bills, payments and statements are all able to be entered in their original formats. Documents can also be shared or sent to other users in the organisation for more streamlined collaboration.

“The unveiling of CNG-SAFE for Peachtree marks yet another important milestone toward our goal of helping small enterprises reap the benefits of firm-wide electronic document workflows,” said James True, Cabinet NG's Vice President of Business Development.
