Iron Mountain Gets Onsite3 eDiscovery

January 30th, 2007: Iron Mountain is pairing up with Onsite3 to improve document management and electronic discovery processes within law firms and corporate legal departments.

Onsite3 boasts a stable full of electronic document management and discovery applications including eForensics, eDiscovery, eReview and consulting services, while Iron Mountain specialises in information protection and storage services. This makes the new partnership attractive for legal departments in need of streamlined document management and recovery processes.

The two claim that by bringing together a chain of custody framework throughout the collection, transportation, transmission and storage of data, the partnership will reduce litigation response time, as well as cost and risk by streamlining business process workflow and information.

Iron Mountain will offer Onsite3’s eForensics, eDiscovery, and eReview services to customers who need a single source solution for eDiscovery.

“Our customers are often faced with problems associated with large complex cases, projects or internal investigations that involve vast amounts of paper or electronic evidence," says John Clancy, President of Iron Mountain Digital, the technology arm of Iron Mountain. “This partnership will help reduce customers’ eDiscovery and litigation-related risks while improving preparedness."
