MBF Simplifies Review Processes

October 6, 2006: To keep up with the pursuit of business growth, MBF has adopted new technologies to streamline salary review processes.

MBF has recently acquired a number of business and consequently faced the challenge of integrating multiple processes and aligning differing business cultures. To simplify salary review processes for its approximately 1400 employees, MBF embraced R.Review – a web-based salary review software package. MBF had previously used spreadsheets to undertake this process.

“We wanted a solution that provided a single source of data,” says James Williams, Group Executive, Corporate Relations and Culture at MBF. “R.Review has been a very useful addition to our HR systems allowing us to track progress throughout the review.”

The solution provides managers with role-based access via a web browser to the information required for employee salary reviews. Remeseys says the technology can assist in administering payroll and salary packaging, undertaking performance reviews and providing employee self-service.

MBF has recently acquired NRMA Health, NRMA Life and ClearView Retirement Solutions.
