"Today, customers are looking for comprehensive Linux solutions and the flexibility of an open source environment," says Dave Williams, vice president of marketing, Agilysys ESG. "Agilysys has a proven track record in the design and implementation of Linux solutions. We are pleased to partner with Red Hat and further enable our customers to achieve the value and high-performance associated with open source."

The two will also collaborate on the development and delivery of open source solutions.

"Agilysys has deep relationships with a wide variety of leading IT suppliers across a diverse group of industries, and we are excited to be a part of that portfolio," says Ed Boyajian, vice president of strategic alliances, Red Hat. "Together we look forward to helping even more enterprise customers implement flexible Red Hat solutions and to realize the value of robust performance, rock-solid reliability, and economic benefits that open source technology provides."
