E-commerce payment companies merge
The largest independent internet payment company in Australia has been created with the merger of SecurePay and DirectOne Payment Solutions.
The alliance will allow customers requiring a range of payment solutions - such as Internet, IVR phone, bill presentment and wireless transaction – to have all their needs met by a single organisation.
Rob McIntyre, general manager of SecurePay, said the opportunity to offer such a complete solution made the decision for the companies to merger an easy one.
