Check Tech signs $60M imaging deal

Check Technology has signed a three year contract to provide advanced digital production products and services to John Harland Company for approximately $60 million.

The company will provide the Imaggia digital printing solution for cheque imaging, with a special interface to allow Harland to link its digital printers to its new manufacturing system.

"This record sale validates our strategy to develop a digital printing solution for the North American cheque market," said Jay Herman, CEO of Check Technology.
