Netsize Adds SMS to Dynamics CRM

February 17, 2009: With mobile technology opening up new areas of possibility for customer service, Netsize has announced that it has added global SMS communication features to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The company says that thanks to the integration of its mGateway messaging platform with Dynamics, the two platforms enable users to create, send and receive SMS text messages from within Microsoft Dynamics CRM, across 200 countries globally.

“The mobile channel enables a true two-way and real-time, event-driven relationship with the customer. Mobile has become a critical CRM tool,” says Frederic Halley, Chief Operations Officer, Netsize. “Netsize mGateway provides users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM a fast, reliable and secure infrastructure for any type of mobile messaging application.”

The solution enables both standard and premium SMS text messaging, and can be freely downloaded and installed into Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Once the mGateway interface component is installed, the company says that Dynamics customers can contact Netsize to enable their mobile messaging account.
