VicRoads goes Open with WindowLogic

March 4, 2009: ECM spcialist WindowLogic has won a contract for the implementation and support services of Open Text’s eDocs document management solution at VicRoads.

The solution and services contract was awarded to WindowLogic following a competitive open market tender process and is valued at $A1.8 million. The solution will be ultimately deployed to more than 2,000 users across Victoria.

"This partnership will help VicRoads improve its document and records management practices, achieving greater regulatory compliance requirements, improving document security and the efficiency of staff searching for information,” said Tony Ljaskevic, Program Delivery Manager for the Electronic Document & Records Management System (EDRMS) Project at VicRoads.

VicRoads is a statutory Corporation responsible for managing the Victorian arterial road network.
