NSI links MFDs to the GoogleDocs cloud

Leverage your MFD as a means to deliver scanned documents directly into a Google Apps environment with the latest release of NSI AutoStore software.

Users are able to scan documents with a multi-function device, and have them securely delivered into a Google Docs or Gmail account.

AutoStore can also perform a full-text OCR pass on documents, using any keywords in the scanned documents to search and retrieve the document from within the Google cloud.

Scanned documents can be securely delivered leveraging SSL encryption into a Google Docs account where they can be stored in a folder, shared with colleagues and made fully searchable using the built-in Google search capability within a Docs account.

It is possible to personalise what Google Apps-based workflows or folders documents are delivered to based on user's access rights.

Scan once and send documents to multiple destinations - e.g send to customer (fax), account clerk (Gmail) and Google Docs.
