Interwoven Announces Significant Update to Software Portfolio

March 7, 2007: Content management specialist Interwoven has announced what it is calling a cutting edge content optimisation solutions to help businesses turn content into a powerful asset for improving customer relationships and driving revenue.

The new portfolio of solutions includes updates to core products such as Segmentation and Analytics, Collaborative Document Management, Brand Management and Multi-Channel Delivery and will, according to Interwoven, improve document management capabilities and create more solid relationships with customers.

Along with this, the company claims that the solution will also help businesses deliver a richer and more targeted online experience by dynamically targeting “the right content to the right customer at the right time.”

Each software package includes a host of new features an updates, with some of the stand out features being new Segmentation and Analytics capabilities that enable businesses to measure the success of online campaigns and offers, apply what they've learned in real-time, and continually optimise their online presence.

Interwoven says that WorkSite MP 5.0 now includes enhanced search capabilities and Ajax-powered web technology and services for faster deployment and stronger business process management, while Brand Management and Multi-Channel Delivery solutions enables organisations to “manage, extend, and increase the value of their brands”.

The company adds that an upcoming MediaBin Digital Asset Management (DAM) release will also feature support for Digital Camera Raw files as well as 2D and 3D CAD file support.
