AIIA to look at small biz market

Four board members of the Australian Information Industry Association will focus on the needs of small and medium sized businesses in Australia.

"The Board reaffirmed its commitment to addressing issues confronting SMEs, including business development, access to international markets and government procurement," said Rob Durie the executive director of the organisation.

The four man team was announced at the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) annual general meeting, which saw Fujitsu chief executive officer Philip Kerrigan become AIIA chairman. The AIIA was formally the Australian Data Capture Association.
