Report-to-PDF for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Management Technology Consulting LLC (MTC) has announced the release of “Report to PDF”, a managed solution add-in for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 On-Premise and Microsoft CRM Online. 

The self-install add-on technology to Microsoft’s CRM platform adds the ability to convert CRM reports to PDF on the fly and attach to Emails, store in record Notes, or to export to Excel.

Report-to-PDF installs as a convenient CRM menu ribbon button with a drop-down selection of standard or custom reports made available to that CRM Entity. Functionality includes converting a report to a Portable Document Format (PDF) and then attaching that document to an email or saving it to disk in a central or local location, saving to the CRM record’s Notes as Attachment, or converting the report to an Excel format. 

Report-to-PDF speeds storage and communicating reports or common report-forms including Quotes, Orders, Invoices or other documents in the PDF format.

MTC Spokesman Darryl Henderson said “Report-to-PDF was the outcome of custom development client requests to reduce clicks and transaction processing time to allow easy transportability of reports.”

“Report to PDF” is a standalone Managed Solution add-on product for Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise and CRM Online deployments at a fixed-per-implementation price of $299 for an unlimited count of Dynamics CRM Users.
