Datamail right for New Zealand

New Zealand's document management specialists Datamail has agreed to become the New Zealand reseller for Web based self service systems from RightNow Technologies.

Datamail will be only reseller RightNow has in New Zealand and will be "proactively" growing the market in the land of the long white cloud.

"The pricing model is perfect for the New Zealand market where the economies of scale present in other markets simply do not exist," said Nick Fox, the manager for electronic business at Datamail.

Mr Fox said the RightNow solution was chosen as Datamail felt their customers required a system that can be deployed as a full solution, but at a small scale and then the system can be grown to suit demands.

"One of the most common problems is the inability to deal with email enquiries effectively. We wanted to provide a solution to help deal with the many repetitive enquiries our customers receive and enable their call centres to operate more effectively," Mr Fox said.
