In 2016, the WA Local Government Authority’s IT manager recommended to the Chief Executive Officer that the Records Management unit be abolished. A new non-invasive technique for parchment diagnosis

The conservation state of parchments is typically assessed using invasive and sometimes destructive investigation techniques. Scientists from Université Paris-Saclay, the CNRS, École Polytechnique, and the French Ministry of Culture[1] have developed a non-destructive and non-invasive advanced optical imaging technique to quantitatively assess the degradation state of parchments.

Attacks on PDF certification, and what you can do about them

An annual survey of some 13,500 firms in the European Union (EU) has found it is lagging behind the US in digitalisation, as 37% of European firms had still not adopted any advanced digital technology by 2020, compared with 27% in the United States.
